When Jeff Hughes approached Jason Dube  owner and art director of Scattered Comics Studios about hiring models for the first “Model Based” comic book “Scorpion Warrior” and receiving such a overwhelming response to the ad;  Jeff Hughes decided to create a separate comic book design company and self publishing comic book business that would feature models in their publication.

Since their collaboration on “Scorpion Warrior” was successful not only was Jason Dube an accomplished comic book artist and writer he also had a impressive studio of talented artists that have a wide range of styles, therefore Jeff Hughes and Jason Dube agreed that Comic Book Divas would use Scattered Comics Studios artists exclusivly
