Melissa McCommon is a self-taught artist and comic book writer. Growing up in Vacaville, California, Melissa was one of the many cases of children who struggled to read. But soon, she taught herself to read from comic books, which gave her a love for the medium ever since then. Her style is cute and very expressionative! Great for sequential storytelling. Recently self publishing her first comic book, Carnation, Melissa is now working on her newest comic book Guardian and web comic Epic Chaos!, also while doing the art for Jason Dube’s web comics Caffine Poisoned and Comic vs Manga. She can also color her own work if you elect to have her do that.
